On June 18, 2010, 150 guests celebrated the 40th anniversary of Purr’n Pooch Pet Resorts, owned and operated by the Palazzo family with locations in Tinton Falls and Wall, NJ. At the celebration, held at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury, daughters Betsy Palazzo and Koren Spadavecchia announced the launch of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Purr’n Pooch Foundation for Animals in honor of their parents, Dick and Mary Palazzo.
